Use of Almond Grinding Machine

Following are tips for using almond grinding machine:

1. Thoroughly disinfect and clean the body.

2. Connect the cooling water and start the colloid mill to grind to a normal operation. Empty running shall not operate for more than 15 seconds.

3. No quartz, broken glass or hard material is allowed to be mixed into the processed materials. Otherwise, it will be damaged and still grinding.

4. Pay attention to motor load and reduce feeding if found to overload.

5. The rubber body is of high precision machinery, the clearance is small, the operation speed is high, the operator should strictly observe the post, according to the regulation operation, find the failure to stop, after troubleshooting and reuse.

6. After almond butter grinding machine is used, it should be thoroughly cleaned not to make the material residue machine, so as to avoid the leakage of mechanical seal bonding.

7. Connect the feeding hopper or feeding tube, and the outlet, or the discharge pipe. Connect the cooling water pipe and drain line.

8. Install the electric starter, with the current meter and the indicator light. When the power supply is connected, the motor should be switched on at the starting point. The direction of the inlet should be clockwise.

9. Adjusting grinding clearance, the two handles unscrew and then clockwise adjustment ring, with one hand into the base of the motor inside square opening blades, when turn the adjusting ring was immediately stopped when there is a little friction. Reversion adjusting ring a little to make the clearance of the grinding disc greater than the alignment number, generally in the case of meeting the fine requirements of the processing materials, as much as possible to make the grinding clearance sales a bit larger. This will allow the grinding sheet to last longer. Then tighten the knob to tighten the adjusting ring and hold the blade clearance.
