Fried French fries production line process: Potatoes cleaning peeling - cutting - rinsing – blanching - vibration dewatering – frying – Oil removing (air drying promotion) - mixing materials - weighing and packing.
French Fries Manufacturing Process
1, Peeling, potatoes were washed by the potato peeling machine for cleaning and peeling.
2, Cutting: After peeling potatoes by high-speed cutting machine cut into strips.
3, Rinsing: The cut French fries enter into the ozone disinfection machine, clean mucous in the surface.
4, Blanching, rinse clean chips are sent into blanching machine for blanching, which can passivate oxidase of French fries, to prevent deterioration of color and lustre, accelerate dehydration.
5, Vibration dewatering: After blanching, French fries enter the machine vibration drop to remove excess water./div>
6, Frying: After dewatering, French fries are lifted by elevating conveyer to fryer machine for frying processing.
7, Deoiling(air drying): The fried French fries after drying hoist drain oil processing are lifted to the mix machine for seasoning.
8, Mixing materials, mixing machine has rotary cylinder type and octagonal type, with automatic control speed and capacity of the material, equipped with automatic feeding device, can adjust the size of feeding amount, which can fully mix French fries and seasoning powder.
9, Weighing and packing: The finished French fries through conveyor belt are delivered to packaging machine for vacuum packaging or common packaging, can be mounted to the weighing mechanism if needed.
Note: this equipment can be adjusted for frozen French fries.
