Automatic Small Scale Vegetable Noodle Production Line Machine

This automatic noodle production line mainly consists of flour mixer, feeding machine, dough aging machine, automatic noodles making machine.
 

Flour mixer: This machine is used to mix flour with water and other accessories, there are three type for selection, it is ideal equipment for noodles production.
Flour feeding machine: The mixed flour through feeding machine is sent to flour aging machine, can convey 300 kg per hour.
Flour aging machine: This machine is used to age and store mixed flour, ready for next step of noodles making.
Vegetable noodle machine: This machine has high automation, can produce different sizes of noodles by changing mould, according to customers' demand, there are many type for selection, has 5,6,7,8,9,10 rollers for your choice, the capacity from 200kg/h to 500kg/h.
 

This is a new noodle production line, continuous operation from feeding to noodle output, high yield and high efficiency, time-saving and labor-saving, simple operation, the production of noodles toughness, good taste. The surface of the vegetable noodle machine roller is polished by the grinder, so it is smooth and beautiful. The rolled dough sheet is even and smooth, which ensures good quality of noodles. Reasonable design, using reducer and sprocket drive, low noise, compact structure. 45# forged steel gear is used in the main part of the noodle production line, and 45# seamless steel pipe is used in the roller. After heat treatment, the hardness of the roller is increased, making the noodles produced more smooth and more tenacity.
