The noodle production line consist of flour mixing machine, feeding machine, aging machine, dry noodle making machine.
Flour Mixing Machine:
The machine is mainly used to stir flour and water into a uniform flocculent flour. The machine adopts high quality motor, high torque and low voice. The parts in contact with flour shall be stainless steel and conform to the current sanitary standards. Agitator bar two speed is optional.
Feeding Machine:
The machine is used to transfer flour into the flour aging machine. Smooth delivery, flour will not drop, high efficiency.
Flour Aging Machine:
This step is to thoroughly mix the water and the flour. In the process, the bran protein particles are adhered to each other by the action of moisture, which makes the produced noodles more glutinous.Aging time is short, effect is good.
Stick Noodle Machine:
The dry noodle machine is made of nickel-chromium alloy double metal centrifugal casting, which is smooth and wear-resistant, ensuring the service life and noodle quality. The dough sheet are continuously pressed by multiple rollers, with smooth appearance and even thickness. The dough sheet can be cut into 0.8-3mm noodles according to different specifications by cutting knife. Finally, the noodle is lifted onto the parallel chain by the automatic pole feeder. You can go to the next step of drying.
