What Is Vermicelli Manufacturing Process?

What is vermicelli manufacturer process? There are main 5 steps. 

1.Rice soaking process

Select rice, first remove the hidden gravel, rice bran and other impurities in the rice, pour into the appropriate amount of water to soak, and stir repeatedly, soaking time is about 1 hour. Wait until the rice swells and pour off the water and filter it out. The drying time is over 30 minutes.

 

2.Extrusion process

The rice propelled vermicelli leakage plate is leaked out through the spiral crankshaft, and is automatically heated by the friction heating device to directly heat, so that the vermicelli is matured in the process of the spiral crankshaft propulsion. The rice vermicelli machine made in the same way as the hand-made vermicelli without destroying the molecular structure of the vermicelli. Save manpower and material resources and reduce waste of raw materials.

3.Aging process

Put the vermicelli into the aging room, and set the aging time according to the climate change throughout the year. The indoor temperature in the aging room is not lower than 30 °C, not higher than 40 °C, and the aging time is kept above 8 hours. The main key control points are At the aging temperature.

 

4.Drying process

The drying process of the powder is mainly divided into natural drying and machine drying. After aging, the vermicelli is solidified tightly. Therefore, it needs to be cleaned with water before drying, and combed neatly and then baked on a baking rack.

 

5.Packaging

The vermicelli can be stored in the warehouse after being dried and cooled. When the vermicelli is put into storage, the vermicelli needs to be stored in the warehouse for about 1 hour before packaging. The bag needs to be sterilized and UV-sterilized, and enters the packaging room through a dedicated passage to avoid cross-infection, so that the dry vermicelli can be put into the bag and sealed.
