Instant Noodles Production Line Features:
1. The production process of non-fried instant noodles is basically the same as that of fried instant noodles. The main difference is that the non-fried instant noodles need to prolong the steaming time, increase the degree of gelatinization, and are manufactured by a micro-expansion process and a hot air drying process.
2. The instant noodles production line uses high-temperature rapid vaporization drying technology is adopted to make the rehydration and gelatinization degree of the non-fried instant noodles meet the requirements of brewing instant noodles.
3. The steaming process technology of the instant noodles manufacturing plant is used instead of the traditional process to shorten the rehydration time of the non-fried instant noodles.
4. The oil content is only 4% to 5% (the fried instant noodles are generally about 20%), and it has a light taste and is healthier to eat.
5. The output of the instant noodles production line can be 60,000bags/8hours-200,000bags/8 hours. Combined with advanced technology at home and abroad, the flavor is diversified to ensure that the cake is rehydrated within four minutes.
